INGREDIENTS- 5 PIECE BONELESS BHETKI FILLET (KOLKATA BHETKI),SALT TO TASTE, 2 GANDHORAJ LEMON,2TBSP CASHEW NUT-POPPY SEED PASTE,2 TBSP FRESH CREAM, 2OO GM  HUNG CURD,1TBSP GREEN CHILLI PASTE,3-4 TBSP BUTTER,1 TBSP LIME JUICE, 5 BANANA LEAF PIECES TO COVER THE FISH FILLETS.

PROCESS-

1. MARINATE FISH FILLET WITH SALT & LIME JUICE FOR 15 MINS.

2. MIX CURD WITH FRESH CREAM,CHILLI PASTE,CASHEW NUT-POPPY SEED PASTE,SALT.

3. NOW ADD 2TBSP GANDHORAJ LEMON ZEST & ALSO 3-4 DROPS OF GANDHORAJ INTO THE MIXTURE.MIX WELL.

4. SWITCH ON YOUR MICROWAVE & PUT THE BANANA LEAF PIECES INSIDE & GIVE TIMER OF 30 SECS.

5. TAKE OUT THE LEAF PIECES.

6. TAKE MELTED BUTTER IN A BOWL.DIP ALL FISHES IN THE BUTTER.

7. TAKE 1 TBSP MIXTURE.SPREAD IT ON THE MIDDLE OF THE BANANA LEAF.NOW PUT THE FISH PIECE ON IT.AGAIN COAT THE FISH FROM TOP WITH ANOTHER 1 TBSP MIXTURE.

8.  TIE UP THE BANANA LEAF LIKE A PARCEL.

9. HEAT WATER IN A STEAMER FOR 20 MINS.

10. NOW STEAM THE FISH FOR 15-20 MINS.

11. SERVE WITH STEAMED RICE.
