INGREDIENTS-

500GM GOBINDOVOG RICE,3TBSP GHEE,5TBSP OIL,2INCH  CINNAMON STICK,3 GREEN CARDAMOM, 2 BAY LEAF,SUGAR,SALT,WATER,PINCH OF YELLOW FOOD COLOUR,CASHEW,CHERRIES,RAISINS.

PROCESS-

1. HEAT A BOWL IN MICROWAVE FOR 30 SEC.

2. ADD GHEE,OIL,BAY LEAF,CARDAMOM,ELAICHI INTO BOWL & AGAIN HEAT FOR 30 SEC IN MAX TEMP.

3. ADD SOAKED RICE(ABOUT 30 MINS) INTO BOWL & ADD SALT,SUGAR,WATER (FOR 3 CUP RICE ADD 4 CUPS OF WATER IF IT IS GOBINDOVOG RICE),FOOD COLOR.

NOW COOK IT FOR 8MINS AT HIGHEST TEMP.

4. CHECK SWEETNESS,DRYNESS & IF NEEDED (IF WATER IS STILL THERE) COOK FEW MORE MINS CAREFULLY WITH ADDED DRY FRUITS.
