INGREDIENTS- 200 GM HUNG CURD,1/2 BOWL ICE CUBE,SUGAR 4 TBSP,1 GONDHORAJ LIME,1 SPOON MALAI (It is made by heating non-homogenized whole milk to about 80 °C for about one hour and then allowing to cool. A thick layer of fat and coagulated proteins forms on the surface, which is skimmed off.)
- MIX SUGAR AND CURD WELL.THEN CRUSH THE ICE CUBES & MIX WELL.
- MIX 1 GONDHORAJ LIME & STIR WELL.
- ADD MALAI FROM TOP.
- ADD LEMON ZEST FROM TOP & SERVE.
