INGREDIENTS- 10 TIGER PRAWNS,SALT TO TASTE,1 TEASP RED CHILLI POWDER, 3 TBSP PERI PERI SAUCE,1/2 BOWL CHOPPED CORIANDER,2 TBSP GRATED CHEESE,10 CHERRIES,2 TBSP OIL,2 TBSP ROASTED GRAM FLOUR,BUTTER TO BRUSH,1 TEASP LIME JUICE.

PROCESS-

1. MARINATE THE PRAWNS WITH ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL,BUTTER & CHERRIES.KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 15 MINS.

2. HEAT UP OIL IN A PAN.

3. ARRANGE THE PRAWNS & CHERRIES IN SKEWER & FRY BOTH SIDE FOR 3-4 MINS.

4. SERVE HOT WITH SWEET CHILLI SAUCE.
