CARAMEL CUSTARD

INGREDIENTS-       4 number egg,400 ml Milk,50 grams sugar,20 grams sugar for caramel
4 drops vanilla essence.

PROCESS-

1.  Beat egg and mix it with milk (hot).
.                    2. add vanilla essence and sugar to it.
3. For caramel – In a pan , put sugar and heat it on medium flame(POUR A LITTLE WATER). Once sugar starts melting, spread it all over the pan. wait till sugar turns little brownish in color. Remove the pan from stove.Spread it with spoon all over the cake mould now.Keep aside to cool down for 20 mins.
4. Now in this cake mould add your egg mixture. put in the preheated oven @180degree c for 25 mins.(Dont forget to add a little water on a baking tray and then put your cake mould on it.)
.                   5. Let it cool down a little bit, then put it in fridge.
.                   6. Serve chill.
