INGREDIENTS- 500 GM BONELESS CHICKEN,CUBED, 4TBSP NANDOS PERI PERI SAUCE, 100 GM HUNG CURD,2TBSP REDCHILLI POWDER,2TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SALT,1 BUNCH CHOPPED CORRIANDER,FRENCH FRIES,1TBSP OREGANO,1TBSP CHILLI FLAKES,OIL,BUTTER,1TBSP PERI PERI SEASONING.

PROCESS-

  1. 1ST MARINADE THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH CURD,SALT, CHILLI POWDER,GINGER GARLIC PASTE & KEEP ASIDE FOR 1HOUR.
  2. 2ND MARINADE THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH NANDOS PERI PERI SAUCE,PERI PERI SEASONING & KEEP IN FREEZER FOR 2 HOURS.
  3. BRUSH OIL ON CHICKEN.PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 180 DEGREE FOR 15 MINS.THEN COOK THE CHICKEN FOR 35 MINS.
  4. BRUSH BUTTER ON CHICKEN & ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER, OREGANO & CHILLI FLAKES.
  5. SERVE WITH PUDINA CHUTNEY & VEGGIES.
