INGREDIENTS- 10-12 TIGER PRAWN MEDIUM SIZED,2 GREEN CHILLIES,SALT TO TASTE,2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL,100 GM YOGURT,PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER,2 TBSP MUSTARD POWDER,6 TBSP GRATED COCONUT,SUGAR.
PROCESS-
1. MAKE A FINE PASTE WITH MUSTARD POWDER, COCONUT,SALT,YOGURT.
2.IN A MICROWAVE PROOF BOWL POUR THE MIXTURE.ADD WATER ACCORDINGLY.ADD THE PRAWNS & A LITTLE SUGAR.ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES,OIL FROM TOP.
3. COVER THE BOWL WITH LID AND COOK FOR 8 MINS IN MICROWAVE MODE.
4. SERVE HOT WITH STEAMED RICE.
