BADSHAHI MURGH LOLLYPOP WITH MANGO REDUCTION

INGREDIENTS- 15 PIECES CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS,SALT TO TASTE,100 GM HUNG CURD, 2TBSP FRESH CREAM,1 TEASP CUMIN POWDER,1 TEASP CORIANDER POWDER,1 TBSP GREEN CHILLI PASTE,NUTMEG POWDER 1 TEASP,ELAICHI POWDER 1 TEASP,KEWRA WATER 1 TEASP,ROSE WATER 1 TEASP,OIL FOR BRUSHING,CORIANDER CHOPPED,1 TEASP GARAM MASHALA POWDER,1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE.

PROCESS-

1. 1ST MARINATE THE LOLLIPOPS WITH HUNG CURD,SALT,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,CHILLI PASTE & KEEP IT ASIDE FOR MIN 2 HRS.

2. 2ND MARINATE THE LOLLIPOPS WITH REST OF INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL & CORIANDER.KEEP IT IN FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 2 HRS.

3. BAKE IT IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 30-40 MINS.BRUSH OIL 2-3 TIMES MEANWHILE.

4.  SERVE HOT WITH GARNISHING BY CHOPED CORIANDER & MANGO FLAVOURED REDUCTION.

TIPS- MIX MAYONISE,CREAM CHEESE,YELLOW FOOD COLOR,CHOPPED GARLIC & GINGER,MANGO ESSENCE TO MAKE MANGO REDUCTION.
