BAKED MINI GULAB JAMUN

INGREDIENTS- 10-15 MINI GULAB JAMUN,500 ML MILK,1/2 CUP SUGAR,2 TBSP CUSTARD POWDER,CHOPPED DRY FRUITS,4 TBSP FRSH CREAM.

PROCESS-

1. BOIL THE MILK WITH SUGAR UNTIL IT BECOMES THICKEN.

2. NOW ADD CUSTARD POWDER AND STIR WELL.BOIL FOR 5 MINS.

3. ADD FRESH CREAM.

4. PLACE THE GULAB JAMUNS ON A BAKING TRAY.POUR THE MILK MIXTURE.

5. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 10 MINS @180 DEGREE.

6. SERVE HOT AFTER GARNISHING WITH CHOPPED DRY FRUITS.
