CHEEZY ZAFRANI MURGH KEBAB

INGREDIENTS – 500 gm boneless chicken cubes,salt to taste,100gm grated pizza cheese,1 teasp kewra water,few saffron strands,red chilli powder,tandoori masala 2tbsp,pudina chutney, hung curd 100 gm,2tbsp ginger garlic paste,oil for brushing.

PROCESS-

1. 1st marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd,ginger garlic paste & salt.Keep aside for 2 hours.

2. 2nd marinate with red chilli powder,tandoori masala,kewra water,saffron strands and keep aside for 1 hr.

3. preheat oven for 10 mins @180 degree.Then grill the chicken pieces for 35 mins.Brush oil on chicken pieces occasionally.Now add grated cheese from top and again grill for 5 mins.

4. Serve hot with pudina chutney.
