INGREDIENTS- 1 full KOLKATA BETKI fillet,salt to taste,green/red/yellow bellpepper juliened 1 each,200 gm onion cut and fried a little,100 gm cheese,1tbsp cumin powder,1 tbsp chilli powder,1 teasp lime juice,2 tbsp ginger garlic paste,3 tbsp cornflour,4 tbsp butter,3 tbsp oil.
1. Marinate the fish fillet with salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,cumin powder,lime juice and keep aside for 15 mins.
2. brush oil on fish & then cover the fillet with bellpepper,onion,cheese, cornflour.Add butter from top.
3. preheat oven for 10 mins.Then bake it for 15 mins at 180 degree.
4. Serve hot with saffron rice.
