ROSE BALL

INGREDIENTS- 1 bowl desicated coconut,1/4 cup condensed milk,30 gm melted white chocolate, few drop rose colour,1 teasp rose water,cherries/silver warq for garnishing,butter 2 tbsp,melted ghee 1/2 cup,coconut flakes.

PROCESS-

1. Mix coconut,condensed milk,melted white chocolate,rose colour,rose water,butter very well.

2. Microwave the mixture on high temp. for 1 min.

3. Dry the mixture in a kadhai on low flame for 1 min on gasoven.

4. Immediately make round shape ball with two hand,but be careful as the mixture is too hot.After making balls,keep it aside for 30 mins to get cooled down.

5. Now dip each ball in melted ghee and roll down once on bed of coconut flakes.

6. Garnish with cherries,warq and keep in refregerator for atleast 20 mins.

7. Serve this awsmm ROSE BALL.
