LOLLIPOP IN GINGER TERIYAKI SAUCE

INGREDIENTS- 20 chicken lollipops,salt to taste,oil to fry,4 tbsp ginger teriyaki sauce, 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce,2 tbsp chilli garlic paste,1tbsp soya sauce,pinch of sugar,1 cup flour, 3 tbsp corn flour,chopped garlic 5tbsp,100 gm hung curd,2 tbsp kashmiri mirch powder, 1 bunch garlic leaves chopped,1 bunch coriander leaves chopped,1 egg,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste1 tbsp chilli powder.

PROCESS-

1. Marinade the lollipops with hung curd,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder & keep aside for min 1 hr,kashmiri chilli powder.

2. Add egg & flour,cornflour into marinated lollipops & mix well.Now heat oil in a kadhai.Deep fry the lollipops.

3. For the sauce,heat up 2 tbsp oil in a wok.

4. Saute garlic pieces well,now add garlic leaves and coriander leaves.Saute for 30 secs.

5. Add teriyaki sauce,chilli garlic paste,sweet chilli sauce,sugar and salt.Toss well.

6. Add little water & toss well.Now add fried lollipops and coat them well into sauce.

7. Serve hot with cafe.
