GUR AUR BADAM KI PHIRNI

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup basmati rice
  • 5 cup milk
  • 5tbsp jaggery
  • 1 TEASP ELAICHI POWDER
  • 10 pieces almonds chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios for garnishing

Recipe Preparation

  1. Soak the rice for 30 mins in water.
  2. Boil the milk in a kadhai.
  3. Now pour the rice paste and stir well.
  4. Add the jaggery and stir well.
  5. Add chopped almonds and stir well.
  6. Now add elaichi powder and cool down for few mins.
  7. Pour it into earthen pot and keep in freeze.Garnish with chopped pistachios.
  8. Serve chilled.
