CHICKEN KHOYA HUNDI

Ingerdients:

chicken breast 1/2 kg (2 inch piece)

cream 1/2 cup

 onions 1 large (peeled and boiled and grind to a paste)
 khoya 1/2 cup
 butter 100 g
 almonds 2 tbs
dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbs
 ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
tomato paste 4 tbs
black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
green chillies 2
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1/2 tsp

Recipe:

1: peel and boil the onions, discard the water and grind it to a paste.

2: heat butter in a pan and add the onion paste, ginger & garlic paste mix well and fry it on high flame till no moisture is left.
3: now add the tomato paste, chicken mix well and cook on high flame till butter comes on surface.
4: then add black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cream, khoya mix well and cook on high flame till the butter comes on surface.
5: now add the almonds, dried fenugreek leaves , green chillies mix well.
6: serve hot with naan.
