JARDALU GRILLED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS- 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce,8-10 jardalu(Apricot) soaked overnight in water, 1 boneless chicken breast cut into 2 pieces,burnt garlic rice,chopped coriander,salt to taste,oil for brushing,4 garlic cloves chopped,3 tbsp grated cheese,100 gm hung curd,1tbsp red chilli powder,1tbsp cumin powder.

PROCESS-

1. Mix hung curd,chopped garlic,salt,cumin powder,cheese well and marinate the chicken into it for min 2hrs.

2. Make a paste of Apricots,sweet chilli sauce,red chilli powder in mixer and rub it on marinated chicken pieces.Keep it aside for 1hr.

3. Grill the chicken in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 25 mins.Brush oil meanwhile.Garnish with chopped coriander on it.

4. Serve with burnt garlic rice.
