MANGO YOGURT

INGREDIENTS- 2 cup cow milk,2 tbsp hung curd,sugar to taste,4tbsp mango pulp

PROCESS-

1. Reduce the milk 2/3rd by continue stirring.

2. After 10-15 mins add mango pulp,hung curd and sugar.Mix well.

3. Pour this mixture in an earthen pot.

4. Bake for 1 hour at low flame.

5. After 30 mins put the earthen pot in refrigerator for2-3 hours.

6.Serve mango yogurt.
