Ingredients to make Oatmeal with Egg
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Butter
- ½ cup chopped Onions
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black Peppercorns to taste
- ½ yellow Capsicum
- ½ cup chopped Tomatoes
- 50 gms processed cheese
- A few sprigs of fresh Parsley
How to make Oatmeal with Egg
Heat olive oil and butter in a non-stick pan.
Add onions and saute for 1 minute.
Add oats and mix.
Add buttermilk and mix and cook.
Add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix.
Chop capsicum finely and put into a bowl. Add chopped tomatoes and mix well.
Put oats into micro proved bowl.
Break an egg into bowl.
Sprinkle a little salt and crushed peppercorns.
Place tomato-capsicum on other side of the yolks.
Grate a little cheese and put over the vegetables.
Cook in the microwave for 1 minute.
Serve hot garnished with small sprigs of parsley.
