INGREDIENTS- 250 gms boneless chicken, cubed, 1 red bell pepper cubed, 1 large onion cubed, salt to taste, Pinch of saffron diluted in warm milk, Kebab masala 2 tbsp, Hung curd 200 gm, fresh cream 1/2 cup, oil for brushing, Meatball infused Saffron pulao, 1 roasted tomato,lime juice 1 tbsp,chilli powder 2tbsp,ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.

PROCESS-
1. Marinate the chicken pieces for 2 hours with all ingredients except pulao,tomato and oil.

2. Preheat oven for 10 minutes @180 degree.

3. Grill the kebab for 40 minutes. Brush oil meanwhile.

4. Serve the jujeh kebab with pulao and roasted tomato.
