  PROCESS

                 1.CUT LEMON INTO ROUNDELS & PLACE IN A GLASS.ADD MINT LEAVES & BLUE CURACAO SYRUP,SUGAR SYRUP,LOTS OF ICE.

                 2.ADD SODA AS REQUIRED & MIX.

                 3.SERVE CHILLED.
