INGREDIENTS–
2 BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST CUT INTO 4 LARGE PIECES,1TBSP LEMON JUICE,1 TEASP CUMIN POWDER,1TEASP CORRIANDER POWDER,1 TEASP TURMERIC POWDER,SALT,HUNG CURD 100GM,25 GM WALNUT CHOPPED FINELY, ½ GRAM SAFFRON MIXED IN MILK,100 GM COTTAGE CHEESE,1DROP ROSE WATER,OIL FOR BRUSHING,1 TEASP CARDAMOM POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP,KASHMIRI RED CHILLI PASTE 1TBSP.
PROCESS-
- 1ST MARINATE THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH HUNG CURD,CHEESE,SALT,CHILLI POWDER,CHILLI PASTE & TURMERIC POWDER.KEEP IT IN FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 1HR.
- 2ND MARINATE WITH LEFT OTHER INGREDIENTS & KEEP ASIDE FOR MIN 30 MINS.
- PREHEAT OVEN(OR TANDOOR) FOR 10 MINS.NOW BAKE FOR 40 MINS BY SKEWER AFTER OIL BRUSHING.
- SERVE HOT WITH PARATHAS.

Did you use microwave oven? If not, could you mention the temperature & time?

I used TANDOOR…In your oven use max. possible temp & cook for around 40 mins…
